We are looking for licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, LCSW-A, LMFT, LCMHC) who are passionate about serving BIPOC families and youth impacted by domestic violence, sexual abuse, and complex trauma. Our goal is to reduce wait times and ensure that those in need receive timely, culturally competent care.

The Community Advocate Care Coordinator is a vital role focused on empowering youth and adult clients in Durham and Wake Counties. This position combines case management with community engagement, requiring collaboration with teachers, parents, and community partners to ensure holistic support for clients and their families. Acting as an advocate, the Community Advocate Care Coordinator connects clients with resources, supports goal-setting, and fosters a path toward healing and self-sufficiency.
The ideal candidate is proactive, compassionate, and skilled at navigating systems of care. They will work closely with clients, SUSO staff, lead interns, work with external partners to implement client-centered plans and provide meaningful advocacy and support.
