StandUp-SpeakOut of North Carolina provides advocacy and direct care services for youth and families who have experienced complex trauma as a result of domestic violence. We provide strength-based counseling with a resiliency approach using Expressive Arts.

E.P.I.C. is our holistic direct care program for children and adults. We provide therapeutic coaching, case management, safety planning, and therapeutic support groups.
Circle of Hope is an intensive support group for survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse, or youth who are witnesses to trauma. Our goal is to increase mental, physical, and emotional stabilization in participants to guide them in feeling confident and regaining their independence. Circle of Hope is offered to adults for 7 weeks, and to youth for 14 weeks.
Bold Economic Advocacy (BEA) is a 7 week financial wellness support group to assist adult survivors in regaining their financial independence.
BEA has a bold approach in breaking financial barriers by engaging participants in our match savings, flexible funding, and BEA incentive.

Project SpeakOut is our outreach and prevention program offered to partners in education, community, and faith-based sectors. We offer customized workshops and trainings to fit your specific needs.
For our partners in education we offer Art-Intervention and Mindfulness Enrichment Clubs. Art-Intervention provides therapeutic art to help guide youth in building confidence, self-esteem, managing maladaptive behaviors, and learning coping skills to managing emotional dysregulation. Mindfulness Enrichment clubs help youth find creative and effective ways to manage their emotions, behaviors, and anxiety.
Operation SpeakOut is our annual holiday community service project. The project is focused on providing holiday gifts to local families, survivors, and folks in need during the holiday season. Each year we provide gifts to a minimum of 10 families, along with specialize self care boxes for our youth in our programs.
